a collection of hard-to-find and/or out-of-print sauces. a great way to start a new Hot Sauce collection, or add to an existing Hot Sauce collection. These sauces range from true collectors items from DAVE PRIVATE RESERVE, to routine but out-of-print sauces such as original Arizone Gunslinger.

NOTE - many of this category of sauces are past expiration - those that are, are marked as such. while hot sauces maintain freshness due to their vinegar-based ingredients past their expiration, we reccomend sauces from this category only as a collectible
